EcoLine stands for quality and service. As an authorized reseller, you can rely on our comprehensive warranty handling for all EcoLine products. This page provides all information about the warranty process, coverage, and how to submit a claim through our B2B platform.
EcoLine is a wholesaler that supplies only to resellers. We do not sell to consumers. Consumers must always contact their point of purchase (the reseller) for warranty or service. EcoLine handles warranty cases directly only with our resellers. As a manufacturer, we support you in assisting your customers quickly and efficiently.
All warranty claims must be submitted exclusively through the EcoLine B2B platform. Claims via email are not accepted.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use within the applicable period.
After approval, you will receive instructions for return. Processing may take up to 14 days from receipt.
