EcoLine stands for quality and service. As an authorized reseller, you can rely on our comprehensive warranty handling for all EcoLine products. This page provides all information about the warranty process, coverage, and how to submit a claim through our B2B platform.

For Resellers Only (B2B)

EcoLine is a wholesaler that supplies only to resellers. We do not sell to consumers. Consumers must always contact their point of purchase (the reseller) for warranty or service. EcoLine handles warranty cases directly only with our resellers. As a manufacturer, we support you in assisting your customers quickly and efficiently.

Submitting a Warranty Claim via the B2B Platform

All warranty claims must be submitted exclusively through the EcoLine B2B platform. Claims via email are not accepted.

  1. Log into your account on the EcoLine B2B platform.
  2. Go to the "Warranty" tab.
  3. Complete the online warranty form with all required information, including product category, item number, serial number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Attach photos or videos if needed.
  4. Submit the form. You will receive confirmation and further instructions (such as return authorization and shipping address).

Warranty Period per Product Category

  • LiFePO4 batteries (Lithium): 2 years
  • AGM/Lead-acid batteries: 1 year
  • Inverters: 2 years
  • Chargers and electronics: 2 years
  • Accessories: 1 year

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use within the applicable period.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Misuse or careless handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Overloading beyond specifications
  • Cosmetic damage unless reported on delivery

Returns and Processing

After approval, you will receive instructions for return. Processing may take up to 14 days from receipt.
